We’re not sure that those of us who have never competed in anything seriously can imagine the commitment it takes to train for something like the Winter Paralympic Games.

Once known as ‘The Royal Regiment of Foot’, the Royal Scots was the oldest infantry regiment of the line in the British Army, having been raised in 1633.

Earlier this month, Reds10 had the opportunity to attend the Construction Youth Trust Charity’s 23rd Annual Christmas dinner at Carpenters’ Hall.

We can all imagine the commitment, hard work and sleepless nights, which must come with training to become the world’s best in a specific sporting discipline. Now imagine what it must take to do so in the Paralympic Games.

Perhaps this comes as no surprise, due to our previous involvement with K10, but we at Reds10 believe in giving young people a fighting chance in their career.

It will come as no surprise that here at Reds10, we’re heavily involved in the Education sector.

The many hands that make light work at Reds10 HQ took a journey up north to get heavy handed - in the most sporting of senses - with the local Rugby teams of Orkney.
