New Work Round Up

Amid a bumper quarter for the Reds10 business, we’ve begun work on a stream of exciting new business appointments.

Furniture

In the past quarter we were approached by The Tauheedul Trust, who have since appointed Reds10 to bring our industry leading furniture consultancy to the aid of their Schools Development Programme. The Trust was impressed by the bespoke solutions for fixed and loose furniture that Reds10 previously deployed for other School Trusts, and we’re looking forward to helping them create brilliant solutions for excellent learning environments throughout their development programme.

We’ve also been successful with a further three schools: two for the Bedfordshire East Schools Trust and a major project for the Wembley French International School, to whom we’re also providing our expertise in furniture consultancy.

Furniture that is well suited to the needs of a learning environment can make a dramatic difference in the quality of teaching that schools are able to provide. We’re honoured that yet more Schools and Trusts have been impressed by our history of success in the sector and appointed Reds10 to consult on such important stages of their school development programmes. It’s hugely rewarding to help develop solutions that can improve the education of Britain’s next wave of talent.

Not only has our volume of work in the educational sector increased but our commercial sector has taken great strides amidst what seems like a thriving London marketplace most notably Metrobank and Milicon. The Metrobank project involved product selection, a sample day, procurement as well as the full installation. With a very tight programme and high profile client, our team at Reds10 were not deterred by the pressure involved in getting samples required for all client specific pieces of furniture subsequent for sign off.

Being an independent consultancy meant that we were able to source the exact items of furniture required within the timeframes requested. As a result of the large amounts of furniture and equipment we purchase across all our projects, we were able to drive down the manufacturer’s rates achieving attractive prices for the client, which they’d be unable to access otherwise!

Construction

Reds10 have also just gained a new project in Bedfordshire building 2 new £1 million timber framed school extension blocks.

Speaking of construction projects – after the success of our bespoke container housing conversion for our friends at QED, we’re excited to announce that we’ve embarked on another venture together. Our next project will involve converting a block of shipping containers into spaces for pop-up commercial and office units.

So, busy times at Reds10 HQ. But fortunately we’ve a team that love rising to a challenge on our side. If you’ve got a project that requires the serious, pragmatic and innovative thinking that make Reds10 such an exciting force in the construction industry, please get in touch: info@reds10.com
